Caleb founded it all. He is the man who designs the projects and oversees all the project managers to be sure all customers are happy and being communicated with!

Office Manager
Stefanie joined Syndicate in November of 2022. Since Syndicate consists of more than just construction, she ensures all employees and vendors are paid & the office is operating at its maximum capacity. We are SO thankful for her:)
