Syndicate Process
Once you fill out our contact form, our team carefully reviews the details and then reaches out to hear about your dreams and goals—directly from you.
Next, Caleb visits your project site to evaluate the space and provide a rough estimate. Once you give us the green light, we collect a retainer—a small percentage of your estimated project cost. This covers up-front work like permitting and design plans. Any unused amount is applied directly to your total project cost.
Initial Consult
We offer in-house design services that work hand-in-hand with our construction team, minimizing miscommunication between the architect and the contractor. Throughout the design phase, we provide consistent budget updates so you’re never in the dark. We’re on your team—working to deliver the best version of your project at the best possible price.
Design
Now the fun part: once the design is finalized and contracts are signed, your project is assigned to a dedicated project manager. Each manager handles only a few projects at a time, ensuring your build gets the focused attention it deserves. They stay in daily communication with both Caleb and you, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
We move fast and stay focused—delivering high-quality results without dragging the project out. And we don’t believe in surprise change orders! Unless we uncover something unexpected or you change your mind, the price we agree on is the price you pay.
Construction
“Punch List” & Goodbyes
Unlike other contractors, we vigilantly maintain a running punch-list throughout the project. This helps keep your project on schedule and within budget.
At the end, we walk the space with you to make sure everything is just right. We also give clients the opportunity to create their own punch-list, which we complete as the final step in the construction process. If there’s anything you'd like adjusted, we’ll take care of it—our goal is a finished space you’re genuinely proud of.
