We offer a design-build model, which means everything happens under one roof, including architecture and design. Our in-house team can take your project from concept to completion—eliminating handoffs and keeping the process simple and seamless.

We generally work from a fixed-price proposal. Once the scope and price are agreed upon, that number stays in place unless you choose to change the scope of the project. This approach gives you greater clarity and confidence in your budget because Syndicate assumes the risk if labor or material costs exceed our projections.
With a cost-plus structure, those fluctuations are passed along to the homeowner. While we believe fixed-price proposals offer greater protection and peace of mind, we are also happy to work on a cost-plus basis if that is the client’s preference.
