Warranty Service Request

Use this form to submit a warranty claim for your Syndicate project. All requests are reviewed within 2 business days. For emergencies (total loss of heat below 50°F, water intrusion, or active plumbing leak), call us directly at (615) 795-3691.

Before you submit: Warranty coverage runs one year from the date of substantial completion unless otherwise noted in your warranty agreement. Requests submitted after expiration may not be eligible. Repairs made by the homeowner or third-party contractors without prior Syndicate authorization may void coverage for that item.
