Meet Caleb Spearing, Founder & CEO
Caleb has never been afraid of hard work. He started his first construction business at 16, later earned his degree in Building Science from Auburn, and has been building ever since.
His faith has shaped every part of the way he leads, from how he treats people to the standard of excellence he brings to every project. For Caleb, relationships and trust will always matter just as much as the finished product.
He is especially passionate about the design-build model because he believes the best homes are created when the architect, designer, and builder work together from the very beginning. It creates better communication, greater clarity around the budget, and a smoother experience for the homeowner.
While Caleb leads the construction process, Tori focuses on the people behind every project. With a background in marketing and live events, Tori helps create a thoughtful, personal experience where communication stays clear and every homeowner feels supported from start to finish.
She also loves nurturing Syndicate’s team culture and creating an environment where people feel connected, valued, and excited about the work they’re doing together.
She believes a beautiful home should do more than look good. It should function for the way your family lives and create space for the life you want to build within it.
