Once a 100-year-old printing press building, the owner brought us a vision of transforming it into a vibrant restaurant and community hub. Rather than starting from scratch, we preserved much of the original brick and key architectural details that gave the space its unique character. Working closely with the client and architects, we added a full-service restaurant, upstairs bar, turf play area for families, and space for live entertainment—blending historic charm with modern functionality.
