Tandem Architecture & Design has been established as a new architecture firm in Middle Tennessee, co-founded by architect Asher Paxton and Syndicate’s founder and CEO, Caleb Spearing.
This means Syndicate Design & Construction now has direct access to a team of highly talented architect for all of its projects, ensuring a tighter connection between design and construction from the very beginning.
About Asher, Lead Architect & Co-Founder
Asher comes to Tandem with five years of experience at Earl Swenson Associates (ESa), one of Nashville’s largest architecture firms. For Asher, architecture is about more than drawings — it’s about people and the spaces that shape their lives. He describes Tandem as “an opportunity to work with people to design their dreams and create art.”
His design philosophy is rooted in timelessness and personal expression: honoring the surrounding architectural style, weaving in the personality of each client, and bringing a refined eye to every detail.
