At Syndicate Design and Construction, we’ve developed a clear, collaborative approach that guides you from first conversation to final walk-through with confidence. Our goal? A seamless experience that feels as solid as the home we’re building.
Here’s what it looks like:
1. Vision-Casting & Discovery
Every build starts with listening. We want to know what matters most to you: how you live, how you host, how you rest. Whether it’s your forever home or a fresh start, we tailor the design to reflect your lifestyle. Our thoughts on the power of a personalized design.
We also walk the lot early to explore how the land informs layout, lighting, and flow. This brings us to shaping the vision into a clear scope and budget.
When you’re ready, a retainer locks in the next step: securing permits and moving into planning. That retainer is applied directly to your final cost, because we believe in fair, upfront pricing from the start.
2. Custom Design
We design with you, not just for you. You’ll meet directly with one of our in-house architects to shape your space exactly how you want it—whether you’re starting with inspiration images or a detailed vision. We guide you through floor plans, layouts, and finishes, making sure every choice aligns with your style, needs, and budget. Throughout the process, you’ll get regular updates so nothing feels like a mystery—and everything feels like you.
3. Construction
We build with precision, speed, and transparency. Your dedicated project manager stays in close contact to keep things running smoothly and answer your questions. No surprise change orders—unless something unexpected is uncovered or you make a change, the price you approve is the price you pay.
4. Final Walkthrough + Move-In
You get the final say. At the end of your project, we’ll walk through the space with you, take care of final adjustments, and make sure everything is just the way you want it. We’re committed to delivering a finished space you’re truly proud of—so all that’s left to do is enjoy your new home.
